This Service features technicians who work exclusively in emergency situations, ensuring that our staff is 100 percent ready to respond to emergency calls in any city and at any time. Mobile crews localise and eliminate faults, breakdowns, or outages that occur in power supply, heating, water supply and sewerage systems.
The Emergency Operations Service works in accordance with the standards for response to emergency situations which have been developed and certified by our company.

Equipment offered for installation includes Full HD video cameras used to record everything that happens on the secured territories in real time. Furthermore, customers are able to monitor their property through a mobile device.
We consult throughout the day on the operation of the equipment and other security issues of the premises.
